Roy Spiers Home Improvements covers all aspects of building from changing internal doors and walls through to large extensions. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all work is to a high standard and we do our utmost to ensure that disruption is minimised throughout the works.
All works are supervised by qualified employees from start to finish. We always send a quotation and never an estimate for works. This becomes a fixed price for your peace of mind. The price only changes if you decide you would like extra work or if Building Control insists on alterations to the plans provided. We work with Building Control and call them out to inspect when required as work progresses. We can also assist in the building application before you start your extension or conversion.
All our extensions are project managed from start to finish, ensuring as far as possible that the works keep to the time schedule. We try to keep you informed of progress, making it easy for you to ask any questions or queries.
